Edit: I was thinking. Maybe we could edit the script_network.img. Maybe we could edit the online scripts (when scripter is found), so they work with the IV SA files. Then we have an asi script that does what the SNT does. It adds Simple Native Trainer to the server name. However it adds (IV SA Beta 3 required) to the server name. That way people will know to join the IV SA servers if there in IV SA, and on the normal game, you don't join an IV SA server.

 

Another method, is to have enabled LC files that are empty, at least not making the LC map spawn. That may allow MP to work. MP stops working once you remove the LC map files.

 

That way you don't have to use IV MP, that requires Hamachi, GTA IV 1.0.7.0, and is buggy. It would work like the normal game, with better MP support for both IV and EFLC, and its much easier to set up.

Ohh in that case I've already seen them, good choice, I like how the new ones are more fitting, especially the smaller palms.

Yes! it's great

 

it's uploaded on db as hqtrees.ide\img (po is now potrees.img\ide)

Do you get better FPS with them, ane do youbstill crash when flying?

There are far more important things to do for IV:SA then trees right now.

 

Tree exchanges do not advance it any further , and i think it's a waste of time; although use any other pack except PO which is too high poly for Beta 3

Will any of the flowing be included in beta 3, missions, pedestrians or trains from GTA SA there is already a driveable train mod for GTA IV so just the models need to coverted and altered to have interiror and the way trains spawn slightly altered (if possible without accses to source code)? It would be great to see all these features. I know it will not be for a while but any chance of the release date?

Idont know much about GTA IV moding.

Missions - if programmers hear our cries and join, there will. Else, mod will be terrible script-wise.

 

Release date - Spring/Summer , maybe May or June. There is no exact release date yet.

1) Go to /GTA IV San Andreas/common/data/, and open ímages.txt

2) At the top you see '#platformimg:/data/maps/andreas/srt 1'

3) '#' means it's DEactivated.

4) Removing '#' will activate Srt.

5) You can easliy switch Srt on and off by adding\removing #

Also how did you get the Monster Truck ?

It worked for me after adding that line.

 

The monster truck comes with the mod (Patriot).

GTARandom doesn't wanna work on it lately, which means i don't work on it.
