First of all, learn basics of programming in C++, then download IV.Scocl and follow several tutorials here on Forums, and you may get a hang of it. Still, you probably think it's so easy , a 5-yearold could do it, well you're wrong. You need programming skill, if you don't have any of it, you will never succeed.

 

About your question about how is it interesting to play without missions: Well, we included Multiplayer, Gang Wars and Races and if certain people kept their promises there would be more. In any case, it's more then enough to entertain you for hours.

Well I didn't know that you included that much.

 

First of all I joined this forum yesterday and I am still learning programming, but I know a lot of other things...I hope that I will master everything soon so that I can start workin' on somethin'.I can talk a lot about this, but I don't have time.I also hope that I could be able to help you with singleplayer missions and similar stuff in the future.

Wass, No, it's eflc exclusive feature, you can shoot rockets with a script, but that thing won't spin around, so we consider it useless.

Edit: Looked into what made entering some vehicles impossible. (For Bullet: Ms value set to 0.0 = cannot enter. 0.5 = can enter). Now you don't have to manually spawn them anymore:
