XP is more than 10 years old, IV was made for Vista, we have no XP users to test on, multiple reasons why we don't really care about it.

thanks for the quick reply. Apparently it had something to do with the scripthook, installed NET4 and some VC++ update and it works fine now. Hadn't used scripthook before.

Anything to alleviate the 10-20 fps hit when using a vehicle?

Conditions: must know how to compare with/without EPM and reproduce scenes for comparing, must still have the original used IV:SA file.

Tho its irrelevant for IV:SA, I'd like to see where the problem is and if v1.6 has adressed that issue (since I guess I know the problem).
