ANy chnace of adding the stuff from this mod using GTA 4 models IMO it would be good to swap all of the tunnel between Unity Station and Flint County except the Market station sign but I understand this might wreck the SA feel

There are no promotions. GTA IV: San Andreas Modding team = GTA IV: San Andreas Modding team. We have no ranks.

If he wants to make videos he can do so, every team member can make videos.

 

But using fraps to record gameplay and windows movie maker to add silly effects shows no talent.

We would need someone to make 30sec-1min clips showing 1 feature at a time and using the video-editor and a quality video editor program. Then it would be useful to disallow any videos from any member, to have some more exclusivity, fame and advertising.

But this won't happen so zzcool makes gameplay videos, so you have that instead.

I have a lot of experience with the making of videos, cutting etc.

I have both Adobe After effects + Sony vegas (for cuts) and know how to use them. I know how to make color corrections to fit the over all scene, how to make good angles that make the viewer feel into the scene.

 

I learned it in school, we analyzed a lot of movies, along came my interest for editing videos

IV fan-made multiplayer clients (not Games for Windows) aren't very stable, so it might be difficult to add such a feature.

For a gameplay video , i will not doing it because i got around 20-30 FPS ingame so with Fraps it will lag a lot .

U GET INN: Use Arial Black instead of Arial Bold. "INN" doesn't need a stroke.

MOTEL: Different font than Arial, but too less glyphs to identify it. Try Franklin Gothic Medium Cond.

 

 

Blue text: Use Helvetica Black or Helvetica Medium Bold.

CAFE: Again Bookman Old Style Bold.

I guess not... At this point, sco is very basic and very hard to actually write missions... Cutscenes converting and other stuff that would need to do is also not possible...

It's not exactly the same, and as for how he does it; it's Photoshop. Anyone who knows how to use brushes and the font tool can make these.

Is it hard to remove traffic from areas where they aren't suppose to be driving? such as the airport, off-road tracks?
