1) He is friend of GSF and most probably informs them about what Ballas are up to (at least his profession can provide easy access to some of that info)

2) He sometimes make fun of Big Smoke's appearance - but NOT of his fat...

3) His name is clearly mentioned in game and can be checked anytime during gameplay.

4) He lives in Los Santos on a Ballas territory (unless you take over it ofcourse).

5) You can kill him many times, but he doesn't care and keeps resurrecting himself
