10 hours - about the length of a night in GTA SA

 

so - they guy you sell the robbery stuff to (not seen in game but owns the garage you drive the van into in willowfield - ryder mentions him)

I believe that's LB.

he is the one who brings the van - but I am not sure he is the one who owns the garage, it may be him or may be another of ryder's 'homies'

Clue explanations:

 

Clue #1: 10 hours - Apparently, it would take 10 hours max to fly from Liberty City to San Andreas. Salvatore flies to San Andreas, and also flies back, plus he gets Carl to fly over to Liberty City too.

Clue #2: Broke and betrayed - Carl ends up robbing Caligula's Palace, which Salvatore owns a share of, so he lost out on a bunch of money. Carl had been working with him previously, but betrayed him and robbed the place anyway with the Triads.

Clue #3: Fly away - All of the missions Salvatore gives Carl involve flying a large distance away from the main land.
