It still remains just a VERY strong rumor since no one is really printing this rumor in the gaming magazines, other then one, maybe? Hispanic men, even if they were born here, have an accent due to their parents and heritage. Like myself. My parents were from Argentina but I was born here, raised to speak Spanish first, then English. And I've been around my fare share of Mexicans, Puerto Ricas, Columbians, Dominicans, Ecuadorians, Peruvians, etc. He's American, Hydraulic. A-MER-EE-KAN. Not Spanish, not Mexican, not English, not Caribbean, not Icelandic, but American. If anything he would have some Italian roots similar to Vercetti, but that's just speculation on my part. That video I posted to you is Ned Luke as the voice is spot on. I don't know how else to get it through your thick head. You could be correct and it is not Ned Luke, but you cannot flatly rule it out as a possibility given the evidence. You support communism? In theory it is kind of a good idea...to a point in practise it doesn't work, so either you don't understand this, or you support corrupt dictatorships. Again, you must of not played Vice City. Remember Tommy Vercetti? He was in his late 40s - early 50s and he was one of the most ruthless characters in a GTA game. GTA-King Posted January 9, 2012 Share Posted January 9, 2012 (edited) First I would like to point out that Tommy Vercetti was 35 years old at the time of Vice City. This would be considered young to alot of people. Johnny Klebitz was 34 at the time of TLaD, and he was a badass. He was involved in a highway accident on his bike, which is why he limps when he runs... but he's still a badass. Also, I would like to point out that just because Ned Luke is 53 years old in real life doesn't mean he has to be that old in the game. He could easily play a later 30's early 40's character in the game. Just because he has a LITTLE bit of gray hair in the trailer doesn't mean he's some ancient artifact. I for one hope Ned Luke is our protagonist. Oh, and judging by listening to Ned Luke's gag reel and comparing the voice to the narrator in the trailer, I'm pretty certain it's him. I played the trailer about 5 times along with the gag reel side by side, and they sound very similar. Doesn't sound hispanic at all, imo.
