HydraulicWaRiOr
The OP is absolutely wrong about the guy on the balcony, the guy on the balcony has brown hair, the guy robbing the jewelry store has grey hair on the side, so theyre probably not the same person. Drake1212
OP really needs to learn some basic logic. Pictures of Ned Luke RESEMBLING a character in the trailer is not proof, that's evidence! A statement from Rockstar games saying that Ned Luke is the voice, that's proof!
Finn 7 five 11
One thing that I've noticed is Rockstar often has the main character somewhat resemble the voice actor, they did this with some degree with Niko, but especially with CJ and Luis for example. I noticed they did this in a big way in LA Noire. I remember interviewing a guy and thinking "wtf, it's Matt Parkman from Heroes"(Greg Grunberg), they just gave him a 40's hair cut. and Brian Krause Just saw this, anyone else think he was being sarcastic? Long_Haired_Boy
What is RUSH the codename used in casting, would you say there's a connection with GTA3's Scarface connection "Rush Rush" - Blondie??I just wonder if it's completely unrelated Only time will tell. I kinda wanted to revisit Vice in an HD era but I guess Rockstar fell in love with LA, again.

It's beyond me how you can automatically say he has an accent due to the saying of ONE word, but regardless, my point: He says "thee" ONCE in the trailer and it's when he's thinking about what to say hence the "I don't know" right after it. "Why did I move here? I guess it was the weather,Or the, I don't know that thing, that magic..." After that he says "thuh" every single time. Again, your logic is flawed

But i do find that kind of ridiculous for R*, this guy obviously plays points of authority, like police officers and such, considering his acting roles are based on those kind of things i can only see him playing as an FBI agent Mitch Hayes - 38 yrs old - Annoying, wise cracking, highly successful FBI agent. In great shape. Does triathlons, drinks low cal beer, but still has a sense of humor. Miguel Gonzalez - 25 yrs old - Young Mexican American FBI agent, caught between a few mob bosses. Very clean cut. Calvin North - 55 yrs old - clapped out FBI agent who now mostly works offering advice on TV shows - whose only claim to fame turns out to be entirely false - but a decent guy in other ways. Badly dressed. Divorced. Putting on weight.
