This is an amazing find and i have no idea where the OP got the idea to do this, or where he found it, post of the year for me, so we have great info on a release time frame, and we may have the map here, oh rockstar you cheesy qits you. No but it's a little too vague to be chanting "great spot!". At the moment the only part we know it should match with is the coastline (as any shape it casts in coast doesn't confirm anything) and the coast isn't that well matching to the rip. There was another theory about that same Liberty City is over poster was hinting at Vice City, as the picture in the tear matches part of a poster in Vice City.
