I dont use gta IV on pc, i use it on Ps3, so sorry i cant help much further. Here try 1: 1. If you are using Windows XP, make sure that you have SP3 installed and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 installed. If your running windows vista, upgrade to vista service pack 2 AND download the latest platform update. Thats normal. After the ad, tell me ALL the info it comes up. Copy and paste if you have to. Make sure you tell me as well if it says pass or fail. pedrosgg Posted November 6, 2011 Author Share Posted November 6, 2011 PS: I reinstalled the game and gived me the error : SecuLauncher Failed to start application 2000.
