How to disable Extra Sunny2 from in Simple Trainer

It looks like Extra Sunny2 option is conflicting with my Visual IV and buildings and sidewalks disappear. So I'm wondering how to disable Extra Sunny2 from appearing in game, without freezing the weather (I like weather to run its course).
