i'll be playing it on my xbox but my brother has a ps3 so i'll be playing it on that as well. PS3 has better graphics but 360 has better anti-aliasing and a better frame rate.

Same here, in fact I too bought a Xbox 360 just for GTA IV in 2009 so I was a little behind.

 

To this day I vow not to get rid of GTA IV until GTA V comes out... well time to go to best buy.

I am going to play it on PS3. Buying a PC for GTA standards is too damn expensive for me in Turkey. And also, vehicle controls are much better for consoles.

PC. Hoping the system requirements is roundly the same as IV. PC games are way cheaper here than PS3 or 360 games tho. And of course, the modding ability

Pc because Gta 4 for pc was spot on and after the first 2 patches it worked perfectly, not to mention that after a few more patches it's now the coolest game ever.

Then there's also the modding on pc that turned all previous Gta games into completely different games.

I can't wait to mod gta 5!

Probably I'll have to wait 2 years after the debut of GTA V to play it, because I don't own any new consoles.

BUT, can you survive the temptation? I can't wait for GTA V's release date, let alone 2 more years.
