MapMan
Hello. I have a problem. I replaced a couple of sport cars in my gta iv, some including the handling data. The cars work like a charm. The problem is, the game crashes when I drive (I think thats the cause) too fast. The game crashes giving me this error: I'm also wondering why some files are editable with spark iv (like handling.dat) and some aren't like (vehicles.ide)? Also is there any easy way to restore all the original vehicles? I made myself a back up but I'm just wondering.
MapMan
Okay, I did this in wrong order. I first created a topic and then searched the forums. My bad, but I thought it was an uncommon issue.
ZBNYNC
That error can come from a few factors, one including that the car wasn't made for the game properly, did you have this problem before you put the cars in? Also, do you have any of the modded cars saved in your safe house parking spaces? Because that will normally cause a crash error like that. To edit the handling.dat, carcols.dat, and vehicles.ide, you don't use Spark IV, you need a program like EditPlus 3 or a similar file editing program.
