If they're not though, i'm sure Rockstar will come up with something to explain why parts of the map are sealed off. R* have no said there will be LV and SF. And in the gta SA before it came out R* even said it 3 cites SF LS LV so no or let's have hopes and see what R* say next about the LV and SF That's the thing - they haven't specifically said no to LV or SF. Because with GTAV supposedly being R*'s most ambitious game yet, they're putting so much detail and depth into it, that they're supposedly pushing the PS3 and 360 to their limits. There is only so much you can do with the consoles we have now, and Rockstar wants to put it all into one detailed city, rather than 3 un-detailed and small cities. Incase those of you missed it. Why does IV's LC look so different than 3's??? What happened in those 7 years! I can't get it through my head!. (Sarcastic of course.
