JackNapier Posted November 5, 2011 Share Posted November 5, 2011 The last time I posted here was when Vice City came out :x The description really says it all, pressing Shift + W will allow the mousewheel to adjust your vehicle's top speed. In all the previous games, going slow was impossible unless you tapped W, had a gamepad, or one of those pedal setups. This is something Rockstar can still implement at this stage, but if they don't, consider it a early mod request. I tried looking for a mod like this for GTA4, but couldn't find any. For specifics, there could be 10 stages based on a car's topspeed(varying by car). I figure if they're thinking about gastank refills, why not let PC players easily control their car's speed for a nice cruise? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What I think he means, is the top speed you will travel at, saying, cruising at legal speed, or putting along REAL slow-like. Honestly, I don't see it being part of V because it's not really something a majority of players would use IMO and maintaining speed using the present controls isn't that hard. cant remember Posted November 5, 2011 Share Posted November 5, 2011 I think it's not such a bad idea to be able to change the driverf's aggressiveness with the mousewheel. Though it wasn't terrible previous GTA's, it was still possible to drive pretty carefully. Unlike Mafia 2 where the car always departs with screeching tires when you pressed forward.
