Red_Queen
I'm 85% sure that the hispanic guy in the red car is the protagonist.. And the old man (balcony guy) is a boss that gives us missions, and the black guy running from the helicopter is not a protagonist but he play an important role in the story! (maybe he is one of your friends). , the other black guy (wearing a dark green T-shirt) is just a normal Ped. I agree with you to 100%. I think it will be Ocean's 11 kinda story with Italian job ending
Lock n' Stock
The jogging black guy is more likely to just be a pedestrian.

IBONEgta
I also think that it could like a group of criminals with different responsibility's. For example the Ned Luke guy it the leader and the brains he is old but also has experience and the Latin or black guy is the young hot shot bad ass from the street that loves the fast cars, the lady's and money, a bit like Luis Lopez. would also be cool to be able to play as both of them. Abhishek-Mishra
There can be multiple protagonists! So it is not necessary that the voice in the trailer is of the back guy.
D.Dodge
Why for fukc sake would Rockstar put in multiple talkers (I'm starting to hate the word protagonist). They've never done it before and it would be a real sh*tty move.

acmilano
Balcony guy is probabbly main protagonist. Red car guy could be secontd protagonist, maybe son. Other two are probably just a peds.

(Yakuza)
Have you guys considered the possibility that the guy running from the cops and the helicopter is one of R* way of showing us a new bold direction? What i mean about that is it could be a pedestrian. In past GTA games we seen criminals trying to escape from the local law enforcement. What if R* took it to a new direction and and criminals in V could get up to 3 stars by whatever crime it is there doing? Im not saying its fact but surely you guys cant argue that it could be a possibility no? C2H5OH Well normally The protag is seen in multiple scenes in the trailer. This ned Luke character made in appearance in several scenes so I dont doubt its gotta be him we control.
ThiagoGTABR
Look, I think that one or possibly one of the protagonists is this guy who say that the trailer is Verceti Tommy, but his name is Albert Silva (not sure why). Does the past have tommy connection with that name? We will see further ahead!
cp1dell
I really hope we only have one. I liked it in IV because the other two protagonists were just DLC, and intertwined with the main story. I just cannot express how badly I only want one protagonist, GTA has always done this and it allowed you to build up something with that one character. With multiple protagonists, you wouldn't get that.
Ludzidocelowych
For the last time, GTA V WILL NOT HAVE MULTIPLE PROTAGONISTS Stop being f*cking stupid, GTA V Will have ONE protagonist, just like every other GTA game to date. Not one single GTA has had Multiple characters, and to the complete morons who think IV had multiple protagonists, it did NOT, those were three SEPARATE games with three SEPARATE storylines. skillz7855
I think the guy running from the cops and the guy in the red car is the same person.Just the guy in the red car is possible his early character built in the game. And the guy running from the cops is the probably the final version of him.As for the tatts I think tattoo parlor's are back in the game thats probably why his arms wore bear in the red car scene and he was going to get them done.So I think the guy with the white tank-top is our protagonists. senor_huevos_benedicto
Yeah, what the guy with the post at the top of this page said. Fotr Red Dead Redemption the narrator of the debut trailer is Drew Macfarlane. For LA Noire the narrator of the debut trailer is Biggs. Especially with the RDR trailer, Ned Luke could be telling the protagonist his story like Macfarlane did to Marston. So keeping that in mind, I see the guy in the red car is the protagonist. We see a lot of him, but not too much of him. We see him in a car chase with police. Now you may say that we also see the older looking guy running away on foot from police, however due to the fact that they are not shooting and that there is a helicopter simultaneously, it looks like a cutscene, whereas the guy in the red car looks to be in true gameplay. I also am going with this line of logic, for all the reasons mentioned. As Rockstar's first trailers have progressed to LA Noire to RDR, it seems like the emphasis on the protagonist has decreased and the narration is not spoken by the protagonist. The GTA V Trailer obviously has bamboozled all of us because the emphiasis on the protagonist is nearly nil.
FranticFatality
All the white people going for Ned Lukef*ck NED LUKE'S OLD ASS No offense to anyone. Then why would you say "All the white people?" What about Native Americans that think Ned Luke is the protagonist, are you not talking to them? What do you have against the Red Man? Anyways, mid forties isn't too old for a GTA protagonist. You've got to remember someone like this makes up for in experience for what he may lack in mobility. You've got young people running around with guns and knives killing people, well this is the kind of guy that will take you one on one and beat the sh*t out of someone with his bare hands, drench them in gas, and burn the body without needing someone else to tell him how to do it. 60s is old. Someone in their late 30s or 40s can be quite bad ass. Example: Tony Montana. Your argument is invalid Native Americans can like what ever they want But all the Racist Nazis want a white old dude. Jesus Christ, mate. I thought many of your other posts were stupid and ignorant, but this takes the cake. Not only did you ignore that reply, but you also think only racist Nazis want Ned Luke? norcalian
I'm probably just looking into it too much, but there seems to be a lot of shades of the color blue and red in the trailer. Plus one spotlight is of a guy in a blue convertible, the other of a guy in a red convertible.
MARKUS.
The main character is not gonna be any of those guys of the trailer 1 or screens... Some examples... * Bugstar's van (trailer) > van's driver not appears * Parachute guy (screen) > One of your opponents on those races of TBOGT * Hydra's driver > probabily a scene of a mission or he's following you in some mission as an allied * Truck's hostage (screen) > your friend is robbing the car which is inside the truck, you have to drive near by in order to let him get in to the truck (like one mission of San Andreas with Cesar Vialpando) That's my theory
