leik oh em jeez!
All the white people going for Ned Lukef*ck NED LUKE'S OLD ASS No offense to anyone. Then why would you say "All the white people?" What about Native Americans that think Ned Luke is the protagonist, are you not talking to them? What do you have against the Red Man? Anyways, mid forties isn't too old for a GTA protagonist. You've got to remember someone like this makes up for in experience for what he may lack in mobility. You've got young people running around with guns and knives killing people, well this is the kind of guy that will take you one on one and beat the sh*t out of someone with his bare hands, drench them in gas, and burn the body without needing someone else to tell him how to do it. 60s is old. Someone in their late 30s or 40s can be quite bad ass. Example: Tony Montana.

Well now you're saying that racist NAZIs want an old white protagonist. What if Native Americans want an old white protagonist? Is everyone allowed to want what they want except for white people? NAZIs are people too, and deserve to have their opinions valued just as much as anyone else's. Good day sir, now try to stay on topic and cut down on the trolling. skillz7855
I hope its the guy running from the cops or the guy in the red car because they're younger and we can possible get more character customizations like more haircuts, clothes, jewelry, and tattoos. DeconstruKt
Kinda reminds me of DeNiro in Heat. Olderish.. but good shot with a gun, and real intelligent.
saintsrow
It could be worse. This could have been the protagonist: http://laist.com/2011/06/23/whitey_bulger_...t_w.php#photo-1 Whitey Bulger, One of FBI's 10 Most Wanted, Arrested in Santa Monica June 23, 2011 8:30 AM One of the FBI's 10 Most Wanted fugitives has been alive and living in a Santa Monica apartment. Now James J. "Whitey" Bulger, 81, and his ladyfriend, Catherine Greig, 60, have been arrested. Bulger has a long-running criminal career, but was known for his role as the leader of South Boston's Winter Hill Gang. In the 1970s and 1980s, Bulger and his cronies ran the rackets (extortion, loansharking, bookmaking, truck hijackings, arms trafficking, and cocaine and marijuana distribution) in the area, and took down rivals--by death or getting them sent to prison--in the process. Bulger had recently moved up to the number one slot on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted list, replacing a recent major find: Osama Bin Laden.
acmilano
De Niro in Heat was probably a template for this guy.Guy on balcony is probably protagonist. As for all 5 protagonist theory,i dont know,Yakuza 4 got four protagonists but i still didn't play that game so i don't know how that pulled off .It could be good if succeed. How would we change characters in that case? With phone like in Scarface game?. From what we heard in the trailer, he moved to San Andreas with his family (wife and kids) to live a normal life. But with all the sh*t that happened there, maybe he got divorced in the middle of the story and maybe he lost the protection of his kids.
Deever
The trailer's given lots of people the impression of multiple protagonists. If not true, does that mean Rockstar messed up and didn't realize how their own trailer would be interpreted? I doubt it. The other "protagonists" in the trailer look like custom jobs to me. San Andreas is a huge playground, I can't see them dropping us in it as just the old, divorced white guy.
ubergoon1912
i think the hispanic or blk dude is the protag because u see him as the driver of the van and while ur saying that ned could have just not been driving at the time but listen the hispanic guy is the ONLY one WITHOUT a bugstar outfit which supports the fact that u choose what ur character wears and plus the fact that hes driving makes me think hes the prota
azali10
I think its the hispanic kid. Ned was coming out of the back of the van, hisppanic kid was driving. The protaganist always drives. I don't see how standing on a balcony and looking like Ned Luke makes somone protaganist. Maybe the protaganist isn't even in the trailer.

In Vice City, you ride shotgun in a helicopter with a minigun and there are a few in SA, like, the second to last mission in the LS mission arc or the one where you and Smoke run away from the Russians on a bike. Kill Frenzy!
Where do you see that Ray will be in GTA V as Tommy in his Wiki??? It was there about 15 minutes ago, but has since been removed. Anyone can edit Wikipedia, so it could have been put there legitimately and removed by anyone, or put there by anyone and removed legitimately. As of right now, we have know way of knowing which. So that pretty much means YOU seen it only...sh*t you could of put there your self and removed it. I'm keeping my eye on you Stupid! I also saw it. Abhishek-Mishra
GTA V is likely to have multiple protagonist. I think it will have at least three protagonist. Below are the four character which I believe would be one of the main protagonist. Post the characters you believe would be one of the protagonist. Gtaghost22
I'm 85% sure that the hispanic guy in the red car is the protagonist.. And the old man (balcony guy) is a boss that gives us missions, and the black guy running from the helicopter is not a protagonist but he play an important role in the story! (maybe he is one of your friends). , the other black guy (wearing a dark green T-shirt) is just a normal Ped.
