Outplug Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 I mean, we all know Rockstar says they've limited the game to the one city of Los Santos, alongside surrounding cities like Whetstone and other countryside/hills places. But what if their settling on Los Santos only was just telling us which of the old cities is returning. I mean, look at it, it's likely LS won't look anything like it used to. And it could be possible SF and LV are returning, but with different names that R* wants to go with. What about that? What do you think about this theory? And if you think it could be, that SF and LV are returning just with different names, give some guess on what YOU think they could be named now, 20 years later. ldee Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 (edited) If you take a look at the map of SoCal you'll notice a bunch of counties with many cities, LA just being the largest. While I have a feeling LS will outsize any other settlement in the game, R* might go for a very realistic geographical interpretation here and include a bunch of suburban areas, which, along with the rural areas in between, will make for a very vast playable area. But also what makes you think its going to look like SA from the III era its going to look very different like GTA IV did with GTA III location. It is only LS... but it is deff not Rockstar's "Biggest and most ambitious city". The city looks the same size as it was in San Andreas. I believe that there has to be more. If there is not..
