jynxdays Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 After seeing the trailer, Im thinking that It looks more open and fun than IV. liberty city was very boring because the beaches were empty and full of dirtbag hobos and all the apartments were small and it had a gritty boring feel to it, similar to what NY Is really like. blow-job Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 After that deflated feeling the GTA IV trailer left me with, this time around I really wasn't expecting much. Perhaps that's the main reason this trailer was awesome. It looks refreshing, more realistic and just vastly more interesting than IV (both the trailer and the finished product.) I agree with almost everything you said except for when you said that thing about the gritty feel. GTAV could use a more grittyer feel because all that goofy stuff kind of ruins the game. Grittyness isn't boring they need a good story without somebody yelling genetically defferent in your ear. it just wasn't funny it was stupid. The problem with GTAIV was that the characters were boring and uninteresting. I would agree that the over the top wacky characters got to go but GTAIV was actually worst with Roman and that streoid retard. Miamiguy: Its cool if you like GTAIV but you can't say that GTAIV was better that GTASA because it obviously wasn't. GTAIV was a BIG step backwards. Sometimes I walk around in Playboy X's apartment just trying to imagine how awesome it would be to live there. Everything is so wonderfully detailed and designed in those apartments. Anyway, I disagree, because I believe the same stuff that made IV so fun is what's going to make V fun as well: that amazing physics engine, only this time with more places to do stunts and insane crashes. Also, I think a lot of you are going to be disappointed when you discover that V isn't too far off from IV. I doubt it'll be the San Andreas sequel you're hoping for.
