I'm in San Diego, California and do not use IV MP (it isn't very good or very popular). I appreciate low lag but that hasn't stopped me from playing against people in France, Germany, or what I'm fairly certain was the Netherlands. I'm also up for NOOSE ranked if you just want to earn some cash (just let me fly the chopper biggrin.gif ).
