I will explain an example: If i want to go and see a screening of The Godfather at one of those cinemas that re-screens old classic movies, how i can make the girl i am with sit through the film because Godfather is long movie? How i can make her concentrate and understand the movie so i don't have to keep explaining to her what is happening and what means. last time i had to constantly explain to this girl what was happening throughout a long movie; which i hate the most because i lose my own concentration . You'd make a swell journalist. @topic: you could either seek out a butch or tomboyish girl that would be interested in the Godfather, or look on the bright side that you've managed to convince a girl to go see it with you, and seek solace in the fact that one of the effects of this is that you'll need to explain it all. It also shows that she actually gives a sh*t about the plot if she's asking you. Better than sitting through it, bored off her tits, and just aching to talk about something else. Women, My girlfriend is not butch or tomboyish, thank you. She loves the film. I'm grateful to have a girl that likes decent T.V. and films. Jay you're right man, if she's asking about the plot, it's a good start. Also Cheat speaks the truth. Often you'll find some 'girly films' have more merit than you'd think. Sex and The City isn't the worst show out there. It's got some boobies and box moments and it can be funny at times. It wouldn't be something herself and myself would be mad in to but I confess to have watched it the odd time.
