Quashing the rumours of a return to San Andreas, they have confirmed that we're heading back to Los Santos only, but with the inclusion of "surrounding hills, countryside and beaches". Inactive Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 At 1:09 in the trailer (I think) a plane is seen flying over the 'Vinewood' sign! I decided to put the 'multiple-cities' thing to test using San Andreas. I went to the LSI Airport and bought a ticket to LV. Started my flight and to my amazement, after some distance, the plane flew over the 'Vinewood' sign just like in the trailer (but wrong direction tbh). Barry Clark Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 One of the things I really enjoyed about playing Vice City then Vice City Stories (same for III and Liberty City Stories) is that the maps were virtually the same. You could revisit familiar areas. That was sort of a buzz kill on IV and afraid it will be on V for the same reason. I lost interest in IV. Hoping V will renew my interest in this series. I will still play the old ones. Just IV didn't do it for me. Yes, I know it was to be different and it was never sold as anything other than different, but, to me, Liberty City will always be the map in III.
