I just want to say this: To all new people, we are not R* representatives. We have no more knowledge than you, and most of our speculations come from carefully asserted observations of trailers and possible leaked sites. So please don't ask us questions that no-one outside of R* knows. On that topic, it's quite amazing how tight-lipped Rockstar can be. Usually with other games there is bound to be a leak sometime, but R* has been amazingly concealed in the shadow. We weren't even 100% sure about the existence of GTA V until a week ago. The quick answer is 'we don't know', but it looks a lot like Los Santos will be the one main city, and will be surrounded by other areas including countryside and mountainous areas, which might host other towns.
