spiderman3000 Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 We all know every single GTA since III hasn't allowed the player to explore the map fully from the get-go. IV's excuse for blocking parts of the city was because of terrorists(though we don't see anything related to that in the game). Since this game only has Los Santos and the countryside(as of yet), here's what I think they will do: 1. They Block the road to the countryside and the city by coming up with an excuse that there have been sightings of some creature in the woods. 2. After a while in the game, we are allowed to go to the countryside, but not allowed to go to the mountain(That's the place where the rumors of the supposed creature resides). The special task force is taking care of it. If you go up to the mountain at this time, they will all shoot you. This would also go in accordance with that Big Foot legend(there's a Big Foot on the cop car in the trailer). 3. Late in the game, every part of the map is now open to you, including the countryside.
