al05
Im trying to get the gold star trophy which entails getting 100% in all missions. I want to use cheats to make this experience a lot quicker and easier. So will using cheats prevent me from getting 100% on all the missions? Because I notice that i have 0% on some missions and im not sure if its because of this.
Seddo
If you use cheats during the mission then yeah it will null your progress towards the achievement. However if you use cheats before selecting a mission to refill ammo, armor or health ect then it won't affect any progress. Also using a taxi will also stop you getting 100% in the mission. Captain_Obvis456
Or if you fail a mission and replay it, you get a 0% too.
buzbegone
Or if you fail a mission and replay it, you get a 0% too. Gonna guess that your name explains this statement. As far as I know, only the 'Manhunt' trophy in IV Vanilla will be affected by cheats... even if not directly used when doing said police manhunt. al05
Thanks guys. But now this trophy just became 100X harder. Anyone know any good tutorials to get 100% on missions. And this trophy should be a gold, its a joke that this is a bronze.(Its not the only one trophy that should be higher than it is)
Seddo
The only tough requirements for certain missions is the time part, going for head shots and accuracy ect; you can just take your time to line up the shots. When going for the speed run, if there's a mission that doesn't have you driving a specific car then you can phone Henrique up and order a Bullet GT, start the mission and the car should be ready for you after loading, so that's a great way to knock time off your run. Also just look on Youtube, that's what i did, you don't always have to use the roads and there's plenty of shortcuts to use. Don't forget you don't have to do all 3 requirements in the same mission run, so you can play up to 3 times if you want.
Captain_Obvis456
OK first you don't need to do every objective in the same run through. If you don't get 100% while playing the story, you can go back after the story is over and redo the missions. Second you can go for 1 objective at a time. First do head shots, then do it again and get the accuracy and so forth. Third I would suggest getting the time if possible during the story. The reason is: you can show up in a helicopter or a fast car and finish it faster. Whereas if you replay the mission, you just start the mission after the cut scene and you have to find a car. On a few missions getting there fast makes it way easier to get the time, although not impossible. Finally, here is a vid from to do the first mission 100%. There are links for all the other missions to do them 100%.Good luck and let us know if there are any you need help on.
CJPNE
I forgot cheats only affected one achievement. That gold star could have been so much easier, damn it.
