RedDragonsBOOM
From kotaku, "A press release this morning confirmed that the game will take place in the city of Los Santos—the GTA version of Los Angeles last seen in the PlayStation 2-era Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas—as well as "the surrounding hills, countryside and beaches." The press release's description of the game as taking place "in a re-imagined, present-day Southern California" In the surrounding hills and countryside of Los Angeles they have plenty of indian reservations for all your gambling needs =D theres also a few horse racing tracks in the Los Angeles area. Not sure why but you can gamble at those legally lol. California lottery is also huge so they might have to make a spoof on that too. That last ones purely speculation but I am sure gambling will be in the game.

titans12321
Yeah, but it's not just about the gambling. Las Vegas is a different type of city. It's the atmosphere that it brings. It's so lively at night. Unlike anything I've ever seen. It's like one big party. Who doesn't like that?

Also maybe some of the characters we saw were probably not Hispanic maybe native instead?

Im sure the charcters are hispanic. LS had its fair share of Hispanics in GTA SA. especially East Los Santos
