L3G3ND4RYxPR1M3
Ok so obviously everyone knows about the Announcement made by R* on their website and we all know that it says Returning to Los Santos. Now even though that its not confirmed to only have Los Santos, Everyone is going ballistic. What you guys aren't getting is the map of Los Santos will be rebuilt considering San Andreas took place in the '90 which means the map will be very different from San Andreas. The game is supposed to be their biggest game yet. If you guys remember, even though Los Santos looked small on the map it was still pretty big when driving through it. In addition to that, they are trying to meet everyones needs by adding new things to the game that take up a lot of space. Maybe they'll include San Fierro and Las Venturas in DLCs in the future. Do I think its going to suck if they dont add those two cities? no. But on the other hand if Los Santos is small then im going to be upset because if you look at the size of LA Noire and red dead they are Huge compared to Los Santos but R* usually does an awesome job with GTA. I do think that they will have those to maps honestly because if you look at the part in the trailer where hes on a jet ski, the bridge over top of him looks like the Golden Gate bridge. Anyway let me know what you guys think about my opinion and im interested in seeing your opinion... Firefly8000
The reason everyone is pissed is because they had their hopes set to high. If they announced GTA: Los Santos instead of GTA: V, everyone would of been like "Oh, ok, it's just Los Santos." Whereas they saw the dollar-styled V and instantly though "OHEMGEE IT'S SAN ANDREAS!!" They were bound to be dissapointed.
mute!
another detailed city for DLC would take too long to create and would be a huge file to dl.
L3G3ND4RYxPR1M3
Exactly or it might include multiple disks. Who knows R* listens to everyones opinion but its not very possible to have like all that stuff (IE: car customizations, build your own character, Co-op) plus multiplayer. Its impossible for xbox 360. So what they'll probably do is break down each city into 1 disc each and put missions for each kind of like LA Noire and how they had multiple jobs for multiple disks. Even if they haven't done it yet, dont think that R* isn't thinking about a later release to add that stuff or atleast a DLC because they most likely are thinking about it. but what no body gets is that if they are not adding those cities its for a reason. They probably know that even with out those cities it will still be an amazing game. R* always suprises us in the end and makes us all happy so everyone needs to chill out. L3G3ND4RYxPR1M3
ok but what your not getting is it still takes the same amount of room up adding the same city to each DLC as where they can change the map for each DLC so the fact that it takes up more room is false.
