KING2dor Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 I think the protagonist from the trailer will play a role like De Niro did in the movie HEAT, an older seasoned thief looking to get out the life maybe after one last score.. I also think that the black/latino character will be another playable protagonist...maybe a young up-and-coming criminal who is ready to learn the ropes after a chance meeting with the older experienced crook.. in the trailer he mentioned starting a family, maybe that young latino dude could be a chance for him to pass on all his criminal expertise and knowledge to a younger more "street-hip" gangbanger....he could play like a mentor/father figure to the younger guy, pulling off heists together... also, i think this is where the co-op gameplay could play in...remember the cancelled game for ps3 "8 days" ? i hear the guy who worked on that project is said to be working on GTA V. "The game was reported to have been cancelled on 4 June 2008, however it was later revealed in October 2009[2] that the game was merely on hold" quote from wikipedia...so who knows, the game might come to fruition after all! What is the reason for it getting canceled? PlayStation Home, SingStar, EyePets, etc, Studio London went after a very casual target after the Wii got wild here, so The Getaway and this were put off.
