The mansion in Richman seen in the GTA Online mission "Death from above" is a house seen in the movie "17 Again" starring Zac Efron and Matthew Perry.

The house is located at 2223 Hobart Boulevard in the Los Feliz section of Los Angeles.

Added all the latest finds to the map.

@koeklin : can you mark the location of the sign on a map please? I don't remember where it is so I put it on the map but not sure it's the real location.

Hello everyone, I came back for a moment, I realized that on the map, this building has no name, the game name is Quik house building (888 W 6th St, Los Angeles)

I was reading through this thread from the beginning and I have to say, it brings back memories and mystery of V. I didn't join the forum early enough to join the mapping hunt, but I hope once VI is revealed, you guys can do just as well. Great work all.

No new area were added in the next gen versions.

Only changes are :

- the mine in Blaine County is now open

- a few new interiors should appear with the Heists Update in a few weeks.

The tudor home in Rockford hills is actually based off of 340 North June Street in Los Angeles, not Beverly Hills, Although they are a bit similar, it is an exact replica of 340 N June Street.

You're right ! It's a perfect copy !

Brilliant find ! How come you didn't find us sooner? :p

I'll add it to the map :)

I finally found the other Tudor mansion that's behind the Rockford Hills sign.

Quite a few liberties have been taken but it is 255 S Rossmore Avenue.

The houses around Wilshire Country Club seem like a good place to look for the mansions. Good find, mebejoshb.

Awesome Box !

Like you said, great find by mebejoshb. His initial find opens a whole new area to look for mansions.

Already 3 matches and I bet there are many more !

Damnit guys.

Just when I thought I'd finally got my life back, you go & find some more sh*t.

Now I want to start searching again.

Awesome finds MichaelTn21, mebejoshb & boxmonster.

So... No luck since finding those 3 matches...

Looked at all the villas around the golf club but I couldn't find another match.

Maybe someone (hint hint Wayny :D) could check out all the other mansions around the LA Country Club near Beverly Hills :D

^^ Oh...just wonderful. Thanks for that Fido. Thought I'd managed to quietly slip away unnoticed. :pp

Had a couple of quick searches around the Wiltshire CC, but didn't spot anything either. Wasn't really looking that hard though.

Back when the game was released, I did an extensive search around the Los Angeles CC, but didn't come up with any matches.

I'll try to give that area another go because I didn't really know the IG houses very well back then & because the game was new, there was just an overload of new things to find.

When the kids are hogging the Playstation, I'll try to jump online & continue the search. :^:

This thread is mind-blowing and was my favorite go-to thread during the long dark months/years after the GTAV "full development" trailer.

I just thought I would drop a link to some current pix of the real Port of LA here, so you can get a sense of scale of it, since they have a backlog of both ships and trucks at the moment. I really like Rockstar's design of the Port of San Andreas.

It would be helpful if someone made a list with pictures of all the unidentified buildings from GTA V so that people like me who live in Los Angeles can refer to it when they pass/drive by them in real life. I remembered about the building I identified when I visited a friend who lives on that street.

Not sure if you've seen this awesome work of the identified ones:

No "negative" map with pics afaik, though being an LA resident and one that honestly wants to contribute on this topic, surely you can pick any LS's street and just drive by it on your free time irl, while trying to matchmaking it ;)

Unidentified buildings are referenced on the map posted just above.

Every unidentified building may not have a pic attached to it but I'd say 95% are.

I have a possible match on one of the mansions. What do you think?

AE96_A121341_DCD3_D42_F788_A4_EEBBC0_D09

With this mansion which is on the eastern upper side of the Los Angeles Golf Club.

They both have round towers, a curved balcony and arches under the balcony on the porch.

I think it's close Michael, but it's hard to be sure.

There's definitely some similar features but also a few differing ones. I'd say it's possible more than probable.

Good work though. Have some of these. :cookie::cookie::cookie:

The house is the historic Frederick Hastings Rindge House (2263 S. Harvard Boulevard).

How long have you known about this little gem?

It's not on the interactive map, but you answered like it was common knowledge.

How many more dirty little secrets are you hiding from us.

I just Googled "Los Angeles Romanesque revival mansion" shortly after I found out it has not been identified.

I'm not really sure which of the buildings have not been identified, is there a collection of pictures of the unidentified ones?

Haha I had the same reaction Wayny !

Love how you schooled us all boxmonster. Like it was so obvious

Good thing you found it cause I was not looking at the right place at all

You can view the unidentified buildings on the interactive map.

On the top left menu, click on the settings icon (the small gearing wheel) and choose "show unidentified landmarks"

It will only show the buildings that don't have a match yet and almost all of them have an ingame picture attached :)

I added your find on the map ;)

Lmao...it's the 1st image to show up using that search. Too easy.

You've always known the correct names for architectural styles & features.

It definitely makes things easier if you know what you're searching for. Good job mate.

Now, put that Super-Power to good use.

Check out the other unidentified buildings. I reckon you'll have them all found by lunchtime. ;)
