Its not Jefferson Motel its Baldwin Village.GTA V is not the same San Andreas of the III era. Besides the place in GTA V is a apartment complex not a motel.

The choppergunner scene indeed is set in Baldwin Village but the Jefferson Motel WAS based on Baldwin Village's architecture.

Nothing is confirmed, everything is comprehension. A Baldwin Village-look-a-like building near a railway just like in real-life Baldwin Village... and just like in the chopper scene... it'd be pointless to confirm such evidence.

they arent going to replace all the buildings

 

people dont go to other universe but buildings will.

I'm not saying i could because im nowhere near good enough to be able to do it with computers but somebody should perhaps try and make a birds eye view of the city with the evidence (screenshots, trailer, this thread) given? worth a shot maybe

If you look past the annoying oil jack in the oil jack scene, you should see a large suburban area north of Downtown.

 

Plus, you've got the screenshot of the park.

Looks like suburbs will be in V. But I'm really looking forward to those hilly suburbs in Vinewood with big houses.

 

If you're the one who thinks LS will look like the rip mark on the "LC its over" billboard, then Malibu seems possible, as there is a part far to the NW that sticks out like Malibu.

 

Looks like the shape of LA to me. Could be a hint to what the LS map shape will look like.

I just had to watch the HD trailer again.

Went through that scene frame by frame..

Still could not find any "parking space linese on the road"..

 

But I tell you what I saw; Eight satellite dish on the roof.

Quite a hotel when it needs to have eight satellite dish scattered around it's roof.

 

Sorry, apartment complex is much more likely than your (and otherwise debunked) Jefferson Hotel -idea.
