Criterion Theater and the building next door :

 

Could be a match since the Criterion Sign glows pink at night and there's some kind of

pink light to the right of this building.

It's kind of a long shot but I can feel I'm right

The real life building houses a Barnes and Nobles, this doesn't mean that the in-game building has to be as well.

That building looks like it's been around for at least the 1940s so it was probably something else before a bookstore too.

Most of the buildings in GTAV exist in real life but they are repurposed for the game.

That's why a bookstore IRL can become a strip club ingame.

They're just copying the architecture.

 

@koeklin : It could be it but we haven't seen it so far.

Maybe it's next to the Criterion Theater since those two crossroads seem to be identical to real life so far.

Yeah, both maps are accurate but we don't really learn anything from them.

These were posted a couple of days ago.

 

 

The map in the background fits perfectly over this section of the blueprint map.

The bookshelf blocks some of the image, but there is still some more detail than shown on the blueprint map.

We can see some new roads in the top-right corner of the new map, but nothing major.

 

 

(It's hard to see clearly where the roads go, even on the highest quality version of the trailer, so it's not perfect.)

There's some evidence, specifically the in-game peepthatsh*t.com website, that Bahama Mamas was originally meant to be an accessible strip club in IV, so all "three" islands would have had one. Sometime late in development of IV Rockstar decided to make it a night club instead and put a sign on it saying it was closed for painting and a backstory was added that the strip club was shut down after an LCPD prostitution raid. Finally in TBOGT it has a nightclub interior. So canonically it WAS a strip club and was recently converted to a night club in 2008, which was then closed again because of what happened in TBOGT. It's possible the Los Santos one was originally a strip club too and never converted.

I am just wondering, has there been any confirmation of the Redwoods or Big Sur in GTA 5? This is one of most amazing coastlines on the planet, if not THE most amazing. I haven't spotted them in any screenshots.
