These were the only decent images I could find that show the LA Forum sign.

Not much help, but at least they confirm the structure IS a sign for the Maize Bank Arena, NOT an air-traffic control tower.

Well, it seems they are fairly close to each other.

I'd say it takes about a minute to go from one to the other.

I could be wrong though.

Yeah it'll probably seem longer or won't be noticeable. It must have been just 1 minute to get between Dilimore and Palomino Creek in SA but it didn't seem an issue. I'm sure it'll be the same here.

In the game it's probably called the Maize Bank Arena.

No worries.

The flame on top of the sign could easily be mistaken for a something else if we didn't know it was a replica of the LA Coliseum sign.

We knew where it was on the map, so we knew 100% it wasn't an air-traffic tower.

 

The radar aerial in the image you posted is at the military base at the end of the Zancudo River.

We're not even sure it's really a military base. I mean, yeah we're kinda sure that its the military base

but no clear confirmation. It most certainly is though.

Since this is the "official" trailer, I'm guessing there's a lot of things we'll get answered. North Yankton might be one of those things.

No official means everything in it was taken from the GOLD version of the game. Previous trailers were made of un-finished game.

I still believe the Military base could be inspired by this one. Everything seems to fit.

This Naval Air Station is only 40km (25 miles) up the coastal highway from Malibu.

Same swampy river flat area near the coast, & there are vineyards & orchards inland & to the South, just like the in-game base.

Base is called Point Mugu NAS base in Ventura County.

I hope the official trailer doesn't tell us anything about North Yankton. Not everything about the game's locations should be known before someone has an actual copy of the game they can play.

 

I also don't really understand the obsession with North Yankton. I classify it is as an obsession because so many keep trying to locate something that can't even be located. It also wasn't an actual tease since they only way people saw the postcard was by checking the background image. On the actual page the postcard didn't even show thanks to it being behind a links bar.
