Edit: Not to mention that the building over his other shoulder is clearly a sound stage.

 

Edit 2: Also, at waist height, there's a barrier that's pretty much standard in those sorts of locations.

Will we be seeing Los Angeles Plaza Historic District in GTA V?. In Real Life it is adjacent to Union Station which i think a forum member or two found in a Rockstar released Screenshot.

Looks like it could be near the docks, it sort of looks that way. On the other hand, you have all those telephone wires which means it could also be in East Los Santos.

That's what i don't understand, Canada isn't even remotely close to L.A. Maybe there are different rules in GTA universe.

I've also just realised how utterly annoying this screenshot is.

The lights on the police car, such horrid photoshop additions... and also his shirt looks like a photo texture. So bizarre.. surely thats not really gonna be the way it is ingame???
