Mapping Los Santos! Building/landmark analysis

Here is something interesting. Though it is probably sky and clouds I still feel like some of the experts in here should at least take a look.

 

 

Just the blue sky behind the clouds.

This is how i see it, you can see were the ridges will be - the reason you cant see the terrain on the ridges is because of the draw distance.

The white line shows the view of the 1st trailer looking upwards, Hikers are looking back across Alamo sea.

Note the 1st trailer seems huge because they are basically at base of the Mountain, Look at the trees for size!

Also they are only on the left hand side of the mountain, this is huge!

I think that's the closest match yet.

I've been thinking about this, without analysing those screens and I believe the hikers shot may

be located to the North-West of the Alamo Sea, near the start of the Alamo river.

Everything matches imo, except some marks that don't appear on the road from the building view.

But the above seems like a good match - I'm pretty confident now that it's finally uncovered! I'd be a loss if that area wouldn't be cut since trailer #1. I believe it hasn't! Just say what's your take on this, yes or no!

Heck, if I were a mapper like him I wouldn't care much either because that particular screenshot doesn't alter the map in any way.

That loop on the blue line looks very like the loop under the airport

in the blueprint map. The feint lines on the Bmap match up pretty well too.

Maybe... but i don't think so cuz they should have revealed that yesterday and they only said grand theft aut online in august although i remember a other quote they said " A LOT OF INFO COMING IN AUGUST" which in my opinion means more than only GTA Online.

Those run up the east side of the map, could actually be some of the same ones in that freeway pic but looking side-on.

 

 

 

 

I honestly think it is this group of buildings/factory from different angles.

 

it seems some kind of a ghost city to me.. anyway, it's a proof of some town in middle desert!

i highly doubt LV is in the map. theres no space to put a large city like that. unless they minimise the size of it.
