Mapping Los Santos! Building/landmark analysis

Salvation mountain is the small hill directly above where you marked 'water'. The mountains to the far right are the LS hills and Sandy shores is NE of LS so it can't be that far left.

I think that's just part of the hill chain. Salvation mountain is closer to the isolated, round hill to the right.

I agree with that portion of the map completely. That would still place Sandy Shores where I said though.

UPD: Please pay particular attention at the right border of Alamo sea, and how far it is from the hills marked yelow and red.

Ok, if Sandy shores is at the 45 degree anticlockwise to Vinewood Sign and Vinewood sign is at the 45 degree angle clockwise to Los Santos, doesn't they compensate each other?

 

 

addition: @Boss7dm could you please explain to me and other people here why didn't you check out the maps in the first post before ask your question? You would be the 1st who done this, i think

addition2: I do not think they are both exactly 45 so yes, maybe it should be slightly rotated.

If someone has already scored this, forgive me.

In this image it is possible to see in the center right down what seemed to be a horse racing track on the map. Looking now seems to be a track car.

We can see only half of the track but at least we have the exact location of the dam on the blueprint map.

 

Please, someone put the image and the map with the marking because I do not know how to do. Thank you.

 

And if anyone has done this, I'm sorry.

UPD: and which Liquor store you mean in the pic above, looking at the shots from Trevor trailer it is clear that there is a Liquor store with red arrow and the Pisswasser emblem. I do not think it is connected to the ACE liquor and Grocery. And I doubt R* put liquor stores just next to each other.

On this shot, I think the building on the right is the abandonned motel.

It seems to fit with the scene in Trevor trailer where we see it.

 

The liquor store I labelled is the one in the background on this shot :

 

That's how I link all these things together. Maybe it's wrong but it seems correct to me.

Yeah, I particularly agree that those buildings are the same one. And so it can't be where GourangaMaster placed it.

I just was confused about the liquor stores because GourangaMaster said about the one and then you said about the other.

Looks like a wide dirt road to me. Too bright color to be a river I think. Looking at the Alamo Sea I do not think it would be so bright even if the sky is reflected in it. But, who knows.

Yeah I could be wrong, still see a river though for some reason. This is the way I see it, and the change of colour in the middle of the river is the reflection of the bank on the other side,,,,

Actually pretty certain its a river now, just had another look at gta kiwis map and he has a river and a road cut off around that area so would all fit...

Yeah, I see trees grow along the line but still do not think it is a river, but is an illusion of a river

If it is a river that hill reflected should be very flat and should repeat river's bending.

Hey guys, so I was thinking about the map and I'm pretty sure it looks like this:

 

 

I don't have any evidence, except that one of the signs said something about balls and there was a screenshot where the clouds kinda looked like this, only upside down, but gosh, the more I think about how many cities I want to be in the game, the more I think R* was sending us secret messages and it probably has to be 100% true!

 

What do you think?

Definitely legit, whoever doesnt believe this map probably has down syndrome.
