well, we don't have any new screenshot to analyse, and it feels like every other Screenshot was analysed already three or even more times...

Yeah were pretty much just going in circles until we get some new info.

Here are some questions to discuss

 

Will the map be square-shaped, rectangular-shaped or other?

 

Will the city be S, SW, SE or other?

 

Where will the "wine country" be located?

 

Where will the "large wilderness area surrounding Mt Chiliad" be located?

 

Will there be any offshore islands?

 

Will there be underwater tunnel system that connects ocean with Alamo Sea or other locations?

They are all interesting questions but unfortunately we dont have enough material to work with to predict most of those. This is a mapping thread which IMO was primarly started to analyse the images and info we have to make an educated guess. It is fun to speculate on those things you mentioned but eventually it will derail into a wishlist type free for all. I understand the thread is turning a bit stagnant at the moment but that will change when new information comes to light.

I would think that the map or the shape of it fits somehow to the real LA + surroundings - area,.... so my guess would be that the beach of LS for example will be located in the southwest of the map,....

Are the two mountains marked with black arrows the same mountain?

 

 

Are the two mountains marked with green arrows the same mountain?

 

Could there possibly be two windfarms and the windfarm we see in 1st trailer is located ~NW and we looking ~E

 

Or are we at the windfarm seen in trailer 2 and looking North? In which case what are the 3 mountains we see? Or maybe looking S? W? E?

Good video but I doubt GTA 5 is 42sq miles. Im thinking its about 35sq miles.

I believe we're looking north northeast.

 

Black arrows are the same. Green arrows are different.

 

There's probably just one windfarm.

At this rate, Im not expecting anything major until May/June. We could get screenshots in April but as we know so well, its always the same thing, slightly different angle.
