That just looks like the lighting and reflections giving the apperance of it bring blue but actually isn't.

Just the light being reflected, so the black appears lighter. People thought the same thing about that sheriff cruiser chasing the boat. They said it was blue (cause by the surrounding environment and LEDs). This is likely just sunlight reflecting off the black paint.

Actually, no. Nice catch! I'm still puzzled as to why some officers have plate carriers with police written on them. Possibly higher wanted levels? And with North Yankton (whatever that town to the north is called, just speculation), Spoof of Malibu, and Sandy Shores, will they all use LSSD? I guess we'll have to wait and see whether or not they have their own departments.

The town seems decent in size, so I'm just curious as to who patrols it

i would wager you're right on them wearing vests at higher wanted levels. also hope the different little towns have their own departments but i have a feeling there will just be lssd and lspd

Yea, I heard that as well. I know if you are driving you may come across hitch hikers or crime scenes that you can investigate.

-They heard of a radio broadcast of an "homocide being re-investigated - You can then go and solve that case!

I really hope the FIB building is accessible and I hope theres a parking garage in the back loaded with FIB Vehicles. First thing I do when I get this game is try to find the FIB car and put it in my garage. (I will be using the new LSPD Interceptor during my search)

I like the vests. Hopefully it will be an option to wear over plain clothes on your online character. But then again, I may be dreaming.

It does look like there is an interior. I hope there is more than just that room and that you can walk around a few offices.

I was never to much of a stickler on this but it's just a matter of "why"

I thought they fixed the lighting arrangement? Why after the game has gone gold do some cruisers have the blue on the left?

I think the police vehicles look like GTA IVs but the warning lighting had definitely improved. I also like the police SUVs and vans instead of using a patriot. Also I'm hoping for a wider variety of fire apparatus and EMS vehicles. Most GTAs had only an engine/ pumper for fire vehicles (exept for GTA SA which also had a ladder truck with no functioning lights or sirens). I hope they got an engine, tower/ladder, heavy rescue at least and would be cool if they had chiefs vehicle, hazmat response, tankers and brush trucks for the Blaine county fire depts. as well as fire aircraft. They should of put in airport fire as well.
