Slick top cruisers confirmed!!!!

I wouldnt say "confirmed" but I noticed at 0:14 in the GTA Online video (

) if you look at the buffalo all the way to the left blocking the front of the bridge, there doesn't seem to be a lightbar. Can anyone else see this too?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you look closley there is a lightbar.

They really aren't. They did an excellent job at adding LED lights and whatnot to the game, but they use the same effects as IV. The online trailer shows this perfectly.

Noose Cruiser, NOOSE Patriot, NOOSE Enforcer, FIB Baffalo, Police Stinger all had LED lightbars and the FIB Baffalo had standard LEDS.

well in real life slick tops are usually only detective cars or just speeder patrol ie cars that are primary response to complaints. granted there should be det cars def but they should be at the police station or out investigating crimes not pursuing you.

Maybe I'm just mesmerized by them from Franklin's trailer haha. They looked pretty good there.

Unmarked police cars are still police cars, they are very low profile so criminals often are caught by officers in unmarked cars. When an unmarked car turns its lights on, people see it and know its a cop, so they can pursue criminals. Just because it doesn't say POLICE on the side doesn't mean they can't patrol areas.

What's everyone's thoughts on the new NOOSE Enforcer and it being NOOSE again instead of SWAT from what we have seen? I was kinda hoping for LSPD SWAT and NOOSE outside of Los Santos. Would have also been cool to see a SWAT truck based off of LAPD's.

They are not LED lightbars. They are a poor lookalike attempt and when flashing bear no resemblance to LED lights at all. Quite disappointing really.

I haven't seen anything pointing to the NOoSE at all. The Enforcers in the online trailer bear no markings, except for a very low profile LED lightbar.

 

These uniforms are looking sweet! The duty belts look a lot better than GTA IV's LCPD officers - much more realistic.

ALSO: How could you sit there and say "the lights look bad", or "same effects as IV" after looking at these screens? And these are only just 2 screens!

Thhe only thing with unmarked cars is that they can't initiate a pursuit. At least in LA they can't.

NOOSE is a take on BOTH DHS and SWAT. Why has there never mention of SWAT since GTA IV? Because it got replaced by NOOSE.

Nope. If you look closely at the two scenes where the NOOSE Enforcer is shown you can clearly see the NOOSE Seal and they even showed the NOOSE Building.
