Has anyone seen any glimpse of Fire trucks or Fire stations?

I think the building at the bottom left of the picture at the 5 second mark of the GTA online trailer might possibly be a fire station, looks like it has 3 garage doors that may be the appliance bays?

Would be awesome if they gave us the option to turn any car into a cop car look-a-like. Take a Cheetah into Los Santos Customs and turn that baby into a super cop car

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but in the GTA Online gameplay video, you can see the Buffalo's have flashing directional lights as well. Rockstar went all out with the realism with the cruisers.

In some pics the lights look bright in others they look dull, dead or not even on. People have noticed such as myself but we wont know what they truely look like till we get the game. But im sure they will look better than they have in any other GTA which is good enough for me.

to a big apartment fire near my house and the firefighters should have loud speakers

In my opinion it's all about reflection. If they can nail the reflection of the lights of of the environment, then it will be golden. I remember te discussion about the first trailer and how the reflection in the alley looked great. Since they are really paying attention to lighting and reflections, and basing it off of other cars headlights, I have no doubt it will look great!

Do you mean an amber traffic advisory bar? Are you sure? Because it might just be me, but even in HD I don't see anything.

As much I wish the same thing, look at the building it's connected to. I don't think that's a fire station.

Those aren't directional lights, those are just two deck lights mounted on the rear deck. Also note the flashing red/blue hideaway lights in the tail light, blue being pictured.

 

Also, these Buffalo's don't have any unit numbers on the roof of the cars. What's up with that?

I hope we return to Liberty City again one day, and actually have a Police Uniform! If only Rockstar made a patch for IV's multiplayer so we can have the suits, Armed Security Guard Uniform, Police Uniform, FIB Suit, and a NOOSE Uniform on console. Along with the Police Patrol, Police Stockade, Securicar, NOOSE Enforcer, and the FIB Buffalo spawn online.

Gotcha. I didn't know exactly what you meant. Those little lights that are installed in the headlights and taillights are called hideaway lights. These are directional lights.

I wouldnt say "confirmed" but I noticed at 0:14 in the GTA Online video (

) if you look at the buffalo all the way to the left blocking the front of the bridge, there doesn't seem to be a lightbar. Can anyone else see this too?

It's an LOD model, you can see the lightbar load in about a quarter-second before it cuts to the other shot.
