It's certainly not the same. The girl at the car has a tattoo on her right arm. The girl at the pier does not.

Just throwing this out there, but I think there may be a return of some type of construction vehicles. At the scene with the hobo on the freeway, there is a tractor-trailer with a trailer typically used to transport construction vehicles or large pieces of construction equipment. At the least, I'd believe there's a mission or two that have to deal with delivering parts for a construction company or maybe even something for the Mile High Club that needs to be stolen.

 

The reason I say this is that R* usually utilize all new vehicles and features they can during the story. One example is the trash truck in IV.

 

Anyway, this could all be nothing but at least it's something to discuss.

yeah i agree with you, there were probably a few other things that they showed of during the campaign of GTA IV.

I noticed that the jet fighter passing between the buildings looked as if it was similar to the F35. Wonder if it'll be called the Hydra II, as the F35 is called the Lightning II, it would be combining a reference to San Andreas (where the Harrier-esque plane was called the Hydra) with a reference to the actual plane it is based on. I agree with the above posts about construction vehicles, a Bulldozer that can do some real damage would be good!

If you think about what you just said you'll realise it is literally impossible for R* to achieve that goal...

you're essentially asking for an infinite number of different NPCs... the more NPC's you kill the more varations of NPCs youll need to fill the gap, there would have to be some sort of system in the game where it randomly makes NPCs on the go to keep them different.

I think "its really that hard for Rockstar" to do.

 

im not to sure about the women looking the same either, i checked myself and IMO they do not look the same. they arent even wearing remotely the same clothes so that already shows that they are different...
