No it's not, the first screenshot has already been showed before IV came out.

And one thing is for sure, there won't be leaked GTA V info's/screens/trailers, until it's on Rockstars site.

yh, LS in GTA V resembles LS in SA wayy more than LC in IV resembles LC in III. looks like they didnt make a lot of changes

If that's CJ we will be CJ in the game because the guy in the red car is this guy he got a police pursuit in the car and than you see him running in pursuit whit the police in that street so if it's CJ it would be cool.

This isn't the guy in the red car. The guy in the red car didn't have tattoos whereas this guy does and also this guy is darker than guy in red car.

This isn't the guy in the red car. The guy in the red car didn't have tattoos whereas this guy does and also this guy is darker than guy in red car.

Well , in the red car the first view you see a Black watch like on this pic but no tat's , in the second view , you don't see the black watch and not the tat's and in this pic you see the 2 together.
