if you look at the little red shop, you can see the numbers 2 4 7, so maybe a 24-7 store? (first time ive seen this)

@mediacore: Maybe, but maybe not. Remember like in Vice City, there was haircut shops and tattoo shops in the city, but you couldn't go inside them and change, although from what happened in GTA: San Andreas, we'll never know.

That is likely. I don't see why not. It's a very simple and small feature to implement into the game.

There's also a tattoo shop on the right and wig shop when se crosses the street and I also thought this could mean char customization, but then again, there were plenty of tattoo and piercing shops in GTA IV also
