How did you hear the news? I was bored having no pc, so I just wanted to see if there was anything on gtaforums on my ipad 2.

I was checking some completely unrelated forum and read a topic called "GTA V".

 

Clicked on it thinking it would be pure speculation and then...jizz in my pants.

Was making my usual morning rounds of the V forum and noticed the massive announcement topic. I was excited for the first 5 minutes, but then reality set in and I realized this place was going to be insane.

It was on shortnews, a german news portal. On the list of recent news, i saw the header "GTA V announced & first Trailer coming" or something like that (in german of course). I was kinda shocked.. and i went immediately to rockstargames.com (without even clicking on the news on shortnews) and my mind was blown

I got a another "GTA Forums Mailer::You have been Formally Warned!"

mail in my inbox again. I was already temp banned, and I opened it up saying to myself "WHAT THE f*ck NOW?!?!"

 

It said "Considering V has been announced I'm letting you have your posting rights back."

Thats when the BOMB DROPPED.

I visted the R* website on my iPhone about 30 minutes after the announcement, hoping for some news on Max Payne 3 and saw the gigantic logo. Couldn't believe it, the best news anyone could hope for! When I got home I went straight to GTAForums, knowing there would be a lot of activity.

Anyways, I opened this section, thinking to myself "Interesting.".

Seeing the logo, then just quietly said "Good."

and closed this page and went on with other stuff.
