The countryside was one of the best bits about SA for me, somewhere different to city all the time. Dirt tracks that you could throw a car around was just awesome.

I liked the small town twist to it too. That's definitely an area where a lot of rockstar humor could work

Definetely. I think the thing that I really loved about SA was the variety of landscape. 3 cities each with a different vide, deserts, countryside, forests. It was just really awesome and I think that's what really helped make the game feel huge.

What about VC? VC was the most epic city ever! Imagine if they put VC with the Everglades, Orlando, Cuba and the Bahamas or something?

Vice City was also awesome, I can't complain, but let's be honest - the V logo is too different from the pink Vice City theme, it's just not possible. Some huge San Andreas fans might consider that green as the sign of Grove Street and the homies which would lead to San Andreas.

 

Although, any other city than Liberty City which includes countrysides, deserts and all those awesome stuffs would thank me. Let's just hope Rockstar sees the wish of the GTA fans to see San Andreas again, like Andrew said.

Agreed, that's what was great about SA. It really amazes me when people say they didn't like the countryside aspect.

The place doesn't matter, but if it's Liberty City I am going to blow up. It's the most used city, and it would be stupid if they would do 4 games in a row, based in LC(IV, TLAD, TBOTGT, CTW). Don't get me wrong, it's great city but I want something else. Would be awesome if they bring a new city to the series. I've been thinking about two cities, Lincoln City(Washington DC) and Hare City(Chicago). BUT I WANT VICE!

I say you're looking into it too much guys... The V is that typeface not because upside down it Could look like a mountain or that the shape of a spade is visible inbetween the V. Be real guys. There's no way that was the plan.

 

The V looks like that because it's supposed to be in the style of cash, money... Simple as that.

What that means as to location and what not is what's still interesting. We'll find out when the trailer hits.

It won't happen, they've probably got some deal with MS and Sony to keep the game from the PC for x months or whatever.

i still think its Vice City because yes SA with LS,LV and SF are brilliant but i really don't know, I mean yes in LV,SF,LS you get the open space and the freedom but if you remember that mission from IV with stealing drugs in taht mission from VC which gives you tons of money from.

They won't set the city in liberty city again, it's too fresh now. They'll at least wait a few more games before that happens.
