Bishop Ohara was a character played in the 1992 film Sister Act. The movie is set in Las Vegas.

That is not a bad find, that certainly is a strange name for a cache string. Maybe it is a clue to the location of V.

Agreed here, it's way too interesting when the creators take some time to make and announce new game of the series, then having new game each year.
