Yes to spread the GTA series to nintendo but the graphics compared to the PSP shows that it wasn't very good. The only good thing was the storyline and that was it and who wants to use a pen just to hotwire a car.

Graphics shouldn't be a problem on the Wii U though, as it's supposed to surpass (or at least match) the Xbox 360 and PS3.

Nintendo won't want GTAV, Nintendo do not cater to the hardcore market. They have a more family orientated and casual rep to keep up.

I wouldn't say that. The list of announced Wii U games includes more "grown up" games like Battlefield, Metro, Ghost Recon and Darksiders 2.

They are more grown up, but look at the age rating GTA normally gets. You won't really find that on a Nintendo console.

That's an ESRB rating, they don't seem to hold much ground. GTA gets an classification board rating, in the UK that is generally 18, Nintendo will not want that classification on their games.

Madworld was rated 18 by the BBFC. Try watching some Youtube videos of it, it's violence for the sake of violence.

Why on earth are you so obsessed with this game coming to the Wii?

Same question i'm asking as well, why would you want an iconic game being on the Wii or the Wii U, I mean come on that is the most pointless move ever and if it did it will be choked by kids and families which is not GTA's audience at all.

Simple LOGISTICS points to demographic audience shared by...hogged by .... Nintendo. WiiU is like a new toy for the developers, you'd have a look to see what it can do, for ROCKSTAR it's about how to make their dreams into a playable game, and the hardware dictates that, but in the case of the PC absence, it's also part and parcel to who buys what to play on what hardware. My best guess is Wii is an unexploited market.

 

That's not to say Rockstar like and can program GTA or other games on Wii and Nintendo votes them down though

"Now go to your nearest Gamestop...

cuz our announcement date

IS our release date"

That might be more to do with the fact there is no need to access the LA Noire section now that we have a proper game to look forward to and not a disappointing pseudo-film. I got sick of that game fast when I realised most of it was watching rather than playing.

That would be so awesome, but people would know well before the trailer there is no way once they release it out into the wild of the stores, that they can't keep the secret.

Because heaven forbid that people might actually like other games still?

 

And no doubt the site will be back to normal in a few days and then V will get its own page (Like with San Andreas if memory serves?)

Wow, seriously amazing stuff.

 

That logo just makes me think of Washington DC (I guess due to the $5 dollar bill ties).

 

I would like that though, i like the idea of Capitol City :]

 

Either way I cannot wait, jeez is next wednesday gonna be one hell of a busy day for rockstars servers, who bets they're going down for a while? XD

V is vice city.

Vinewood was a small tiny section in in GTA III engine They wouldn't use that.

FIVE is the game name number. Non Roman Numerals this time.

The Name of the game is Officially

As for the site's sections at Rockstar Games, try going to the Rockstar North. I admit, I don't normally browse around there, but it has nothing specific to do with L.A. Noire (Snore??? haha)
