When the trailer releases, I'll be at work for another four hours. So when I come home I should be able to watch it safely without spoilers on R* site 

I actually took the day off work on wednesday and cited "some family thing" it will be definitely worth it missing out on all that money to see the trailer straight away when it's released and bask in the glory with all you guys.

I got RDR on the day it came out but I don't remember having to take time off work.. maybe I was on holidays anyway that week. When GTA IV is actually released I'm in two minds wether or not to take time off.. I actually didn't get GTA V until several months after it was released and I still enjoyed it just as much. I may have to steer clear of these forums for a while though.

I doubt it, we will have loads of people analysing the trailer and people will probably spot new stuff in it for months. Also rockstar will leak tiny bits of info every so often. There will be no shortage of things to talk about after November 2nd.

I'll most definitely take a week or two off for GTA V. It's a tradition i've maintained with R* games since I was in school.

It's just what people thought at first... 1102 is 2011 backwards. Still means nothing.

 

I enjoyed "Where is the blue" whilst it lasted but this whole Genesis thing is just ridiculous.

I wasn't directing that post just at you or saying that you're suffering from genesisitus, but there are loads of people on the forums that just can't seem to stop drawing connections between the smallest of things and Where is the Blue/Genesis in some way.

I expect this thread to die shortly afterwards as well. It will be replaced by threads that have everything to do with the trailer. Analysis, thoughts, feelings of where it's set (if it's revealed), and all kinds of other sh*t.

No, what happened with the GTA IV trailer is the site crashed, trailers themselves don't crash, unless they become unhooked of course

 

I'm suggesting that once someone streams that ACTUAL GTA trailer, it will either be in your Firefox cache or Internet Exporer cache, if you use another browser, forget about it.

 

But in IE, just go through Windows to access cache for webcontent

For Firefox, type this in "About:Cache"

After that, there is an Offline hyper link usually, with something in it, that is a list of your Caches web files, set FF for offline use, and find the largest byte listed among them, there's no quick way to do it, but you can find any FLASH or MP4 video that you already fully streamed while online

 

Next step is to click on it and "SAVE TO DISK", Where you supply location and name

In your Downloads folder perhaps? I forget, either way, it works great to store any multimedia as long as you know what to look for and save, nothing that's part of something else

I know one thing for sure, this game will be massive. The amount of game data alone would not cut it on 1 disk. It will be on 3 disks! San Andreas will be the location. Seriously people, your heart tells you this is true, the evidence, our voices being heard by R* for the past 4 years, S.A is the choosen one. The story driven game will feature 1 new main protaganist. However, there is a possibly CJ or Packie or someone else will be playable as a co-star. A bonus or an extra "goodie," R* will offer a tribute to past characters that will be playable through out seperate story missions, or linked to the main story, unlockables perhaps, or a dlc related content. This is what I think could possibly happen, outlandish, but possible;)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Kind of if I don't have enough room to install it to tha hard drive. If that's the case I'll just get a PS3 and play it on there and then get it once it comes out on PC.

Personally? I would say that I wouldn't be upset due to the fact I always download my games before I play it for maximum performance. Hell, if it was 45 GB in memory, and PS3 gets one disc and we get like 5, I wouldn't care. I would download them all and only have to play on one.

i personally think rockstar set goals and deadlines for the game such as completion of this part of the game, textures for this part of the game, and a trailer date even back in 2010

 

they knew even back at where is the blue... there are still mysterious left unsolved.

 

i mean, it would have to be a miracle for someone to post those numbers and have THOSE EXACT PAIR of numbers be the release date of the trailer for the game. It all comes together... some how
