Wow 198 pages already, there was a period just before genesis where I thought the forums were dead forever, i guess not, the pages on this thread are going up at an average of a page every 7mins 30secs its pretty quick, I just cant wait for the trailer.

I am f*cken pumped for this!! Theres two main things I want in GtaV and they are San Andreas and online AND offline splitscreen! SA's 2 player was okay but splitscreen would be EPIC! I wish I could skip time to November 2nd! rahkstar2.gifbiggrin.gif

Here is my guess on what GTA V will be like:

 

Location: Los Santos present day (Much more detailed and focused version than in San Andreas)

 

There will be multiple playable characters. Their stories will affect each other, kind of like in the GTA IV DLC's, but instead the stories and cross-overs will be in the same game.

 

Money and status will play a big role and I think they will expand the theme from The Ballad of Gay Tony, dealing with real and fake, loyalties towards family and friends, superficiality, materialism, celebrities, Hollywood etc.

 

Cell phones and the internet will play a much bigger role, not just for fun but also in the game's storyline.

 

Graphics and gameplay will of course be very improved.

It is.

But it wouldn't fit as a location for GTA. And unless they were super hidden, I haven't seen any Rockstars around in the area.

 

Although I have high fantasies of a subtle GTA-Bully tie-in, to somehow explain more in-depth on how they're in the same universe (a la Bullworth Academy on GTA IV's TV), in Washington State.

 

I think it ties a lot into various Triangulation theories, my thoughts. But let's not try to put that into this thread.

Yeah I read that Gamespot leaked the information early to the whereabouts of the declaration of independence, which apparently is inside a gaming machine in Vegas that only accepts 1907 $5 bills. Apparently over 500 people applied to voice act George Washington in the video game on actorspages.org

Almost SAME style of both!

 

And definitely a ribbon has a different style than green V. Like the ribbon's from a different picture and "V" from a different picture.

 

Funny but maybe? A Washington (with D.C. or perhaps not)?
