Rockstar are masters of surprise you know. They might let to go such informations online to RUSH some hype in gaming community, to let everyone know in "quiet" way that they're in the making of new GTA. But are these informations REAL? Maybe they want us to think of Los Angeles but on 11.02.11 everyone will be surprised because trailer will show a very different place like Vice City? THAT WOULD BE A SURPRISE!

The closest place to vice city is hawaii I'm thinking.

Yea.. i have to say it does look a bit too photoshopped for some reason.

Because it is, it was made in photoshop.

 

Im sure it will look great in the box art.

I'm almost certain it won't be Washington DC. It is pretty similar to New York City (Liberty City). I read a bit about Washington. The tallest ''building'' is the Washington Monument. The second tallest is the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, but it is only 329 feet high! (100 m). There has to be skyscrapers in a GTA game icon14.gif

 

(you can't climb the Washington monument, or stand on top of it smile.gif )

Those three sources can most likely be traced to one main source (Kotaku) so I wouldn't call it yet if I were you.
