El Hepburn is name for first from three incoming DLC's for GTAIII's 10th anniversary. You will see events from Cruz Vormen's point of view in Liberty City which starts before the famous Callahan Bridge explosion and finish after Claude kills Catalina. Did you find GTAIII's story unclear/incomplete or even unfinished? Then obtaining this DLC is the best solution for getting answers.

As I said before you take control of Cruz Vormen, a Puerto Rican gang member (Diablos) living in Hepburn Heights - Portland. This mob leads very long war against the Leones and Triads but now El Burro (Diablos leader) wants to take over whole Portland Island.

For Cruz it means considerable restrictions in things he love: illegal races with his Bullion parked outside his home, regular visits to Sex Club 7 and usuall hustling with his homies smoking weed.

Everything is going by plan until someone steals Cruz's car. There was a gold chain with crucifix - the one and only memory to his dead sister, killed in shootout Diablos against the Leones in 1998. It is still unknown if the killer is someone from Diablos or Leones. Cruz later finds out his car was stolen by Tom Hunter - crooked cop. He gives him his car back when Cruz accept some dirty jobs. So we got ilegal street racer without car and you have to cross the board of Portland Island.

Wow, cool idea, Ivory! I just wish you won't cancel it like "Hasta la Muerte", or "Wichita Gangsters", which gave me an idea to create my own.

Good luck with this!

Awesome. I was thinking about making a story about 8Ball in 1993. Could you help me? You're good with III era concepts.

INTRO: Explosive Situation

The theme song starts play and the screen fades in above lake by Cochrane Dam. Camera starts moving and switching views. First view shows Catalina with Claude parking blue Banshee at Columbian Mansion, two Red Jacks members are selling dope at parking lot. Next screen shows shootout between Yakuza and Yardies in Torrington. And in Portland the Triads are unloading wooden boxes in front of warehouse while mafia are shooting themselves at bistro in Saint Marks. It all ends by switching the view from Diablos standing in Hepburn Heights to a flat where El Burro and Cruz have a discussion about next action.

(they're sitting in living room and watching porn)

El Burro: Very nice woman right?

Cruz: Sure uncle.

El Burro: It reminds me old times in 80s, then women got first silicon tits. Too bad I was too late to work with Candy...

(and he dreamly look at old signed poster with Candy Suxx on it attached at old scuffed wall)

Cruz: Okay boss why did you call me? (light his blunt)

El Burro: Drop it you need clean mind now!

(Cruz takes last puff and drop the blunt out the window)

Cruz: I'm listening.

El Burro: We're trying to expand our territory at least to Red Light District for three years already. But boys don't have any motivation to fight against those stinky italians. They rather avoid places where could meet them. And I decided to show them how to move on. (starts laughing)

Cruz: You mean me and Emilio...

(then he stops)

El Burro: Yes I mean you with Emilio. Do you remember that d*ckhead whose mother own a restaurant? Cetraiani or something like that?

Cruz: Cipriani.

El Burro: Right him. He was one of those who pushed us from the streets in '98.

(Cruz unexpectedly increases his attention)

I decided that we start the attack on italians by destroying his flat. The best thing is he will not know who was it if you'll not f*ck it up. (laugh)

Cruz: Okay and do you have bulldozer or any other heavy machine for me?

El Burro: (again starts laughing) No but I got this. (he pulls out bomb from a travel bag). Since I don't have it from 8Ball whose get busted last year it can be more unstable. Cipriani lives in Saint Marks here you go an address, this time he is on dinner but it needs to be done before 4pm.

Cruz: Are you sure it will explode then when it has to?

El Burro: Of course here's the detonator. And now go I want to watch it in peace...

(Cruz gets out from the flat and the screen shows how he come out from the building where his uncle lives. He looks at his car where was meant to be someone who isn't there anymore, he comes closer gets in the car and Emilio has arrived)

Emilio: I'm sorry I need to go home some motherf*cker drop a roach at my head.

Cruz: At least you could lock the car.

Emilio: I know but...

Cruz: No more excuses and get in.

From this moment you got Cruz's car under control. It's 12pm and you need to get in Antonio Cipriani's flat before 1pm. Emilio comes with you to look out for the cops. Go to the marker at radar. By the way Cruz tells Emilio what's going on and he will wait in the car wathing out and then for quick getaway in case. After arrival get out from the car and a cutscene shows up where Cruz comes into apartment building and meets a janitor. Get up by stairs and look for nameplate Cipriani on the doors. You will find it on the 2nd floor. Cruz pull out his lockpick from right pocket (simply get close to the door and press E) Cruz tell to himself it should be easier than with car and crouchs to the lock. A lock shows up by the radar and the game tells you how to open it up, you need to make it fast because the janitor soon come up. Quickly get in. You get used to the flat very soon if you played LCS, simply place the bomb on the table and turn on the timer.

Now a cutscene starts again where Cruz searchs for something. He comes to Cipriani's bedroom and pull all his clothes off from his closet. Then pulls off a drawer from bedside where he finds gold chain with crucifix. At the same time screen shows Emilio smoking the cigarette in car and a car with unknown italian drives around. Emilio starts pulling the horn and pretending he's waiting for someone. Cruz heard it and leaves the flat immediately. After leaving he heard that italian calling with someone and coming up.

From now on it's again up to you but the only way out is on the roof. You need to get out of the building before the Italian enters Cipriani's flat. Sprint to the roof. The game tells you to pick up a brick and throw it on Emilio's car to get his attention. He sticks out from the window and Cruz shows him to get the hell out. Emilio turns on the engine and leaves the parking lot. Cruz then starts running and jumps off the roof, captures the fire stairs, drops down and runs out behind the corner. Instead of one floor, the whole building explode. Little chaos starts around the building and you need to get to you savehouse before cops will find you. In front of the savehouse the game shows you where to save one car in garage and by running in the game will be saved and time will advance by six hours.

After save El Burro and Emilio send you a message.

Nice mission for an intro... But, apparently, the mystery of Toni's house destruction was already unravelled in GTA Advance... Found no proof so far, disregard this line.

Still, nice work.

Oh really Arsen? I didn't know that... In which mission? Send here a link from gtaseriesvideos YouTube Channel please.

The intro is very detailed, especially for a III-era concept. Although I fear you might get exhausted writing so much for each mission, at least with the amount of feedback you'd be getting. Like you said, this forum is kind of dead right now. If you already vaguely know how the story will play out in your head, maybe you could just list all the missions with a sentence or two describing what goes down, skipping the dialogue and extraneous details. It could look something like this:

EL BURRO

Explosive Situation

El Burro sends Cruz to rig Toni Cipriani's home with an unstable bomb.

$2000

EL BURROExplosive SituationEl Burro sends Cruz to rig Toni Cipriani's home with an unstable bomb.$2000

Well I want only the intro and some important missions to be detailed so much, others just what to do etc.

Anyway thanks for an advice akavari! smile.gif

No it isn't, but I wish to be... It's only my DLC idea, by the way what do you think about it?

That was a great mission. You showed the characters very well, now I know what kind of guy everyone is.

And damn, that's El Burro how I know him. Many other concepts have ''Hey man, you need to...'' kind of dialogue for every character. So this sure is a good start icon14.gif

EMILIO: Papers Fault

Emilio sends you a message so you should visit him. He's in the kitchen crushing weed. When Cruz arrives Emilio starts arguing that he doesn't have any blunt and chatting about yesterdays action how crazy it was and the best thing about it is the Italians don't even know what the hell exactly happens. Cruz takes a blunt from his wallet in pocket and gives it to Emilio, tells him he's wondering who they decide to be responsible for that mess. Emilio has finally done his joint and lights it up. A small cutscene shows up where they're both talking about what bullsh*t they did in past and also about how they should start racing again. Joint is gone and Emilio suggests Sex Club 7 visit. Cruz agrees and both leaves Emilio's flat where the screen remain focused on Cruz' forgotten wallet on the table.

The game told you to take Emilio's car. Jump in and drive to the strip club, it's a short ride.

Another cutscene shows up inside where they are both drinking some booze and having fun with girls. The screen fades off and title One hour later... appaers. It fades in with Mickey Hamfists holds Emilio's neck and Luigi Goterelli wants his money. Cruz told him he doesn't have any money and Luigi gets an idea. He wants from Cruz to drive one of his hookers to the customer in Callahan Point. Cruz must do it immediately and Emilio meanwhile will wait in the club.

You take control again, enter Emilio's car with Misty and drive her to the marker on radar. Stop in the marked place and take a look how Misty approaches customer's truck. He starts arguing how late Misty is and hit her in face. Exit the car and save Misty, simply kill the truckdriver. Now you need to take Misty to the hospital, any crash leads to reduction of her health. After hospital visit, drive back to the strip club. Dramatic cutscene shows up where Luigi asks if everything's ok. Cruz tells him what happens but Luigi doesn't trust him. He gave a call into the hospital. Luckily he gets Misty on the phone. Finally Luigi told Cruz and Emilio they are set now but they both can't visit Sex Club 7 anymore. On the way home Emilio asks Cruz if it's all truth what he told to Luigi. Cruz agrees and starts arguing it was his favorite strip club. Take Emilio home and take your wallet.

Excellent concept IvoryX. Waiting for some more updates. And the word is "illegal" not "ilegal". Please correct the spellings.

Hello! I'm looking for a good GTA game concept to give my ideas. I thought this would be a nice one. Would you be interested in original radio stations (not the ones in GTA 3/GTA LCS)?
